MULTIGENERATIONAL DAY

You asked for it! You’ve got it!

On Saturday, from after lunch to 10pm youth will come be at the main conference venue and part of the whole community conference.

Here’s what’s planned:

12:00 - 1:45 pm Multigenerational Picnic

1:45-2pm Ice-breaker games for the whole community led by youth.

2-3pm Plenary for youth and adults – topic tba

3:15-4:45 Concurrent sessions: Workshops, worship, lectures, networking sessions including lots with youth leadership. We hope to include sessions appropriate for a multigenerational group (age 6 to 99)

5-7pm Multigenerational Dinner
Simple Souper Saturday Supper
This year's event (Empty Bowls) will again include a multigenerational simple and delicious meal on Saturday night. We will have 2 sittings in the longhouse at UBC. (Ticketed event—limited numbers are available) Junior youth and CanUUdle youth have this event included in their fee and will be at the second seating.
Remember to bring your congregation’s bowl! In keeping with ACM Empty Bowls 2006 success, we are asking each congregation to send along one special congregational bowl full of money! The money collected will be donated to a hunger-related charity and your congregation’s bowl will be exchanged for another congregation’s bowl We invite you to let your creative juices flow—strip away the restrictions of “should dos” so you can create and bring along a bowl that’s just right for your congregation’s identity this year!
