The Host Committee is working to promote the full participation of those with disabilities in all meeting, learning, worship and social events.  The Algonquin College campus is comprised of several buildings, some of which are linked by covered passageways and outdoor paths. Elevators, above ground links between buildings, and the conference meeting areas are all accessible.  Tables will be available in the conference rooms to facilitate wheelchair access. 

If you require an accessible residence room, please make arrangements with the Algonquin Residence and inform Meg Gourlay at access@cuc.ca . 

As some people have sensitivities to various chemical-based or scented products, the 2008 ACM will be a scent-free event.  We ask for everyone's cooperation - volunteers and participants are asked to not use scented products when attending meetings and social events.
