Schoolbooks for Honduras
World Accord Benefit Concert

Tuesday, September 28, 8:30 pm
Hugh's Room,
2261 Dundas Street West,
near Roncesvalles ( Dundas West subway), Toronto

Unitarians who have been on World Accord builds to Honduras will know that there is a desperate shortage of schoolbooks for the kids.  You can help!

Come out for a wonderful evening of music, featuring Eliana Cuevas (Latin jazz), Julie Michels (jazz vocalist), Lisa Patterson (roots/fusion) and First Unitarian's own Mark Battenberg (classical guitar).

The cover charge is $25 and you get a tax receipt for $14.  Come and bring your friends!

For tickets call Terry Lee (416-698-3427) or Richard Kirsh (416-767-5837).  You also need to reserve a table at Hugh's Room (416-531-6604).  Hugh's Room is a popular folk and jazz club; you can also have dinner before the show if you wish.

Last year's benefit raised money to supply 300 children with school books. Bring your friends and enjoy a great evening of music and fun.
