Close Encounters Project

The Close Encounters Project is a major initiative of the Unitarian congregations in the  Greater Toronto Area to promote growth by increasing the awareness of our congregations and of Unitarian*Universalism in general.

The project has produced the following:

1. A clear and distinct visual identity to enhance communication and attract potential new members more effectively;

2. Key informational & promotional materials to give to visitors and potential new members; and

3. A list of current and potential future "Big Ideas", intended to significantly enhance and promote the presence of our congregations and our denomination in our communities, and to engage our members in meaningful and rewarding outreach activity.
