Lynn, a children’s Religious Education specialist,
and the DRE of 22 years, now DLRE, at North Shore
Unitarian Congregation, brings to the team her
experience as a trained Covenanting workshop
facilitator, co-leader of Renaissance Modules, former
dean of Eliot Institute family camp, start-up
facilitator, inter-generational workshop and activities
coordinator, and curriculum and resource developer.

Lissa received training
as a Volunteer Screening Initiative Consultant in the
Volunteer Canada 10 Safe Steps and has used this
approach to risk assessment and risk management in
both her UU service and personal volunteer
activities. Lissa worked with the Screening in Faith
task force at the Unitarian Fellowship of London and
acts as a "champion" of healthy volunteer development
practices, willing to share her knowledge and
leadership with others new to the process across
Canada. Lissa has extensive experience in working with
volunteers, developing trainings and facilitating
discussion. As a parent of three UU children, and as a
former congregational Board member for a 3 year term,
Lissa comes to this role with personal integrity,
great skills and high energy. Please consider how
